- 120 units in our neighborhood enjoy access to our pool, clubhouse and the amenities and activities throughout Bonita Bay
- The community website gives access to neighborhood news, amenities, the calendar, governing documents, meeting announcements, and other helpful information. Some areas of the website are secured and you will need to be granted access. - Master Association of Bonita Bay. When someone purchases property in any neighborhood throughout Bonita Bay they automatically become a member of the Bonita Bay Community Association

COMMUNICATION
- Update your mailing address, phone number(s) and email address(es) when changes occur with both the management company and Bonita Bay Community Association.
- Seasonal Residents– Seasonal residents should contact the management company and Bonita Bay Community Association to update your mailing address and let them know for how long you will be in Harbor Landing. Otherwise, mailings will go through the forwarding process of the USPS and can be quite delayed. This can postpone time sensitive information from arriving on time. This is especially important in regards to annual membership meeting mailings, elections, proxy requests and invoicing.

MAINTENANCE & BUILDING INFORMATION
- Exterior Lightbulb Replacement-Please do NOT replace light bulbs in the exterior light fixtures. Certain types and wattages of light bulbs are required or the fixtures can be damaged. Please contact Gulf Breeze Management Services 239-498-3311 and someone will replace the bulbs with the proper type.
- Window Cleaning- 2nd floor units that need to access the roof to clean windows must use Trafford Window Cleaning 239-593-0640. Otherwise, all cleaning of windows will need to be completed without accessing the roof to prevent damage.

FISHING & WILDLIFE
- No swimming is allowed in any lake on Condominium Property, and no boats or other watercraft permitted
- Fishing is allowed, however, it is requested that “catch and release” be practiced. Extreme care must be taken not to disturb or injure birds, alligators, and other wildlife
- Alligator mating season is typically in April & May. Eggs are laid and then hatch 60 days later. This is when alligators become aggressive. Please watch your small pets and stay aware!
- Important! The feeding of alligators is strictly prohibited by Florida Statutes!
VEHICLES
- Speed Limit is 15mph
- Vehicles must be parked in driveways, garages or in marked community spaces only. NO Street Parking.
WASTE DISPOSAL
- Garbage should be disposed of in large dumpsters only. Please use the dumpster nearest to your unit.
- Recycling– put in individual waste totes near the dumpsters. Plastic bags cannot be recycled so please dump recycling in the bins then dispose of plastic bags in the garbage. Please, break down all boxes. If the recycle containers are full, please just dispose your items in the dumpster. Items can not be left on the ground or on top of the recycle bins.
- Bulk Disposal please call 239-334-1224 to arrange for bulk item pickup. Please call before placing your item out. This includes furniture, long boards, and any large item that cannot fit completely in the dumpster with the lid completely down.
- Live Christmas Trees- dispose of live Christmas trees beside the dumpster in an area which the claw of the truck will be able to access. The claw will ONLY pick up neatly stacked trees. A notice will be sent via email about the pickup date. Do NOT throw trees in the Dumpster or leave in front of your unit.

ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS
- ALL exterior modifications and many interior modifications need prior approval and require certain documentation. Please see the Harbor Landing Rules & Regulations, ARC Modification Request Form and other governing documents on the neighborhood website for more details.
- ALL exterior modifications require approval from Bonita Bay Community Association AFTER an approval is received from Harbor Landing via the management company.
