• Pool & Spa
  • Our pool is open from Dawn to Dusk
  • NO Lifeguards or attendants are at the pool and spa. Facilities are used at each individual’s own risk
  • NO glass may be anywhere on the pool deck including inside of a cooler & NO drinks are allowed within 4 feet of the pool
  • Please keep all furniture a minimum of 4 ft from the pool
  • Please put the umbrellas down once finished using & please monitor on windy days.
• Community Grill (located at the pool)
  • Please return the cover to the grill once it has cooled
• Clubhouse- can be reserved on a first come-first served basis by signing up on the calendar located in the kitchen of the clubhouse.
  • An assortment of paper goods, plastic silverware, etc. are available in the cabinets along with serving trays, serving utensils and some small appliances.
• Social Events- A social calendar is available in the resident’s portal. Once you are logged in, go to Quick Actions and then select Calendar. Clicking on the event in a calendar will give you more detail and the calendar is printable.

Bonita Bay Beach Park

Located at 27250 Hickory Blvd.

Beach & Shuttle Pass Program

During the busiest season (typically November through April) BBCA will require all owners, houseguests, lessees, and daily visitors to possess a Beach Park & Shuttle Pass along with photo identification in order to ride the shuttle bus and to access the Beach Park.
